1. General Refund Principle
Refunds are not automatic and will be reviewed case by case based on the product, order status, payment status, dispatch status, service progress, and supporting evidence provided by the customer.
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to book purchases, bulk orders, publishing services, and other paid services offered through Quant Press, subject to order status, service scope, payment confirmation, and applicable law.
Last updated: 29 July 2026Refunds are not automatic and will be reviewed case by case based on the product, order status, payment status, dispatch status, service progress, and supporting evidence provided by the customer.
For standard book purchases, refunds may be considered if payment was deducted but the order could not be accepted, if a duplicate payment was made, or if the order is cancelled before dispatch and before fulfilment costs are incurred.
If a book is received in damaged condition, an incorrect item is delivered, or an item is missing from a confirmed shipment, the customer should contact us with the order ID, photos, unpacking details, and delivery information within 48 hours of receipt.
For publishing, editorial, design, production, distribution, author, institutional, or consulting services, charges are based on the selected scope, quotation, agreement, work already completed, and costs already incurred. Such fees may be non-refundable in whole or in part once work has started.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another permitted method as per payment gateway and banking rules. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, and settlement cycle.
Refunds may be declined for delivered books without valid issue, incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, customer change of mind after dispatch, completed services, or requests without adequate verification.
