Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains when customers may request cancellation of book orders, bulk orders, publishing services, or other Quant Press services.
Last updated: 29 July 2026Standard book orders may be cancelled before dispatch or before fulfilment processing begins. Once an order has been packed, shipped, handed to a delivery partner, or otherwise processed for fulfilment, cancellation may not be possible.
Bulk, institutional, customised, or special fulfilment orders may be governed by written quotation, invoice, purchase order, or agreement. Cancellation may be restricted once procurement, printing, packing, or fulfilment work has started.
Publishing, editorial, design, production, distribution, author, academic, or consulting services may be cancelled only as per the applicable proposal, quotation, written agreement, and work already completed. Charges may apply for completed work and committed costs.
If payment has been made and cancellation is accepted, any eligible refund will be handled as per the Refund Policy, payment gateway rules, banking timelines, and verification requirements.
Email quantpressindia@gmail.com with your order ID, name, phone number, payment reference if any, and cancellation reason. We may request additional verification before confirming cancellation.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept delivery, or non-response from the customer, cancellation or refund eligibility may be limited by shipping, return, and handling costs already incurred.
